Asset Management, Compliance and Surveying

An overview of building roofs with solar panels and a large city in the distance

Built assets are essential to modern life. Asset management ensures that work buildings, transport infrastructure, power grids and water treatment systems are properly maintained and uninterrupted.

The operational needs of these assets place increasing pressure on systems, especially when it comes to long-term performance. Tetra Tech’s asset management, compliance, and surveying experts help public and private organisations maximise their assets’ performance and manage risks.

Our solutions inform decision-making processes and enable effective control of investments throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Our security-vetted in-house teams deliver one-off exercises or end-to-end solutions in some of the most complex, sensitive, and demanding operational environments. In the UK and internationally, we work with clients to develop solutions and support projects from feasibility to procurement, appointment, mobilisation, and compliance monitoring.

Working in a variety of markets across the private and public sectors, our asset management experts ensure that assets deliver optimal performance without compromising budgets, health and safety, or regulatory compliance.

Asset Data Solutions

Asset Data Solutions (ADS) is a platform that unifies our whole lifecycle asset management capability and services. ADS integrates data from all our technical capabilities along with external data sources, allowing us to analyse a wide spectrum of asset data for actionable insights and whole lifecycle cost modelling. The platform enables our clients to make strategic decisions, helping them increase efficiency whilst reducing risk.

ADS: Capture

ADS Capture is our building fabric, mechanical, and electrical services data capture module. It can be customised to client specific needs, whilst using our in-house developed data hierarchy and lifecycle cost algorithm. It provides clients with a detailed asset inventory database containing, as an example, location, condition, prioritisation, and lifecycle costings of all assets.

Benefits include:

  • Developed and used by our team who have over 20 years’ experience in asset management experience using data capture technology
  • Rapid mobilisation due to the flexibility built into the system
  • Proven and trusted lifecycle modelling algorithm
  • Part of the wider ADS platform, harnessing the power of Tetra Tech’s global analysis, insights, and AI technology
