In its latest ‘Planning for the Future’ paper, the UK Government has announced new reforms to the English planning system, and with them, the start of a 12-week consultation ending on 29th October 2020.

The headline here is the move to a zoning-based planning system in England, where land will be designated into one of three categories: Growth, Renewal and Protection.
