Tetra Tech has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estate Management Services 2 framework (RM6343).

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
The Estate Management Services 2 framework which will run until late 2029 is designed to be the preferred option for all Estate Management Services needed by UK Central Government Departments, Local Authorities, charities, the NHS, and Blue Light organisations.
As a trusted supplier to CCS frameworks for many years, Tetra Tech has secured a place on four lots of this new four-year agreement. The lots, categorised by project type and valued between £11.7 million and £93.6 million, include:

  • Lot 4 – Surveying and Strategic Advice
  • Lot 8a – PFI Technical and Strategic Advice Services (including a Framework Taxi Rank)
  • Lot 8b – PFI Surveying Services
  • Lot 8c – PFI Fire Safety and Audit (including a Framework Taxi Rank)

This framework can be used by Central Government Departments and various UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, and Devolved Administrations to bring expertise from across Tetra Tech to their projects.
