Tetra Tech at Government Property 2025: Future Sector Success

Tetra Tech experts are attending Government Property 2025 joining other sector leaders in celebrating twenty years of the event.

Government Property 2025 will explore best practices and engage in discussions about the latest government property policy matters.

The conference will feature sessions exploring placemaking, asset management, and estate planning. Individuals from both public and private sectors will discuss how attendees can overcome challenges and take advantage of future opportunities.

Nathan Holloway

As the Managing Director of Tetra Tech’s Asset Management Services in the UK, Nathan’s experience spans over two decades, leading teams to deliver projects for key clients. These include the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, HMRC and Royal Mail, becoming their trusted partner to enhance operational efficiency and maximise benefits throughout the asset lifecycle.

Nathan has overseen the successful design and construction of significant facilities across the world in complex and demanding settings from implementing digital twin capabilities and asset optimisation technologies to enhancing project delivery, compliance and collaboration.

Danny Payne

At Tetra Tech Danny leads programme delivery and digital capabilities across our various sectors from energy and transport to environmental, digital, security and defence projects. He works alongside commercial clients, public service clients and international government clients to deliver technically advanced solutions to some of the world’s most complex problems.

As a leader he has been responsible for delivering major contracts in infrastructure, digital and cyber services on a global scale to the tune of several billion pounds.
