Tetra Tech is proud to announce that it is now a member of The Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE).
AFBE is an association dedicated to the vision of increasing the number of BME Engineers who succeed professionally, as well as to supporting young people to explore a career in engineering.
Tetra Tech has joined a well established group of members with renowned brands like Rolls Royce, The Royal Air Force and The BBC all signed up and working with AFBE to make a difference.
But why did we decide to become a member?
Like the AFBE, we believe that with a wide diversity of employees, our business can be better placed to understand the needs of a wider range of customers.
We also believe that our ethos matches that of AFBE and any way that we can Improve the awareness of careers in engineering for young professionals is valuable. We believe that they will help shape the future be that working for Tetra Tech or elsewhere in the industry.
