On 20 – 21 of September 2022, Tetra Tech welcomed 19 new graduates and 17 new apprentices into our company through an induction event, hosted in our office in the center of Leeds.
Arriving from all over the UK, the induction offered a fantastic opportunity for our new Graduates & Apprentices to meet each other, many for the first time.
During the induction, our Graduates & Apprentices heard from Craig Hatch, President of Tetra Tech in the UK & Ireland, as well as members of our senior leadership teams. They introduced Tetra Tech’s vision and strategy including planned projects where our Graduates & Apprentices will play a key role.
Our new colleagues will be taking up a variety of roles from quantity surveying to project management.
Some of our graduates and apprentices told us what inspired their decision to join Tetra Tech:
‘I’ve joined Tetra Tech as a groundwater consultant. A role I knew I’d find exciting, as I wanted a job working with different teams in different locations, keeping the work fresh.’
‘I’m from Belfast, so I had initially met all the other graduates on a screen. My favourite part of today was finally meeting them all in person. I can’t wait to get started.’
Abbie Kerry (Graduate Groundwater Consultant)
‘Since graduating in 2020, I’ve worked in the logistics industry specialising in air and road freight operations. I found after a while that I wanted more responsibility from my role.’
