Tetra Tech bolsters management team with Turner & Townsend hire

We have bolstered our management team with the appointment of Jacqueline Okuyemi-Daniel as Director of Project Management, to help spur new business growth in key sectors.

Jacqueline, who will be based at our London office and will act as the regional lead for the Project Management team, has nearly 15 years’ experience in the industry and joins from Turner & Townsend.

There, she worked as a Director and was responsible for driving its Project Management Office, which more than tripled in size over the course of her tenure there. She has extensive experience delivering major infrastructure projects including Heathrow, Crossrail and HS2, where Jacqueline headed up a team of eight Change Managers to deliver value-added solutions and enhance the change control process on Phase One.

Elsewhere, she is a passionate advocate for women studying STEM subjects and entering the construction and engineering industry, as well as being named a Constructing Excellence G4C Future Leader finalist, receiving a Highly Commended in 2019.

Jacqueline’s stellar experience in client management and project controls will support the strategic growth of the Project, Cost and Asset Management team, which delivers local, national and international projects across a variety of sectors and complexities.

Nathan Holloway, Managing Director of Management and Surveying, said:

“The strength of our Project, Cost and Asset Management team lies in the breadth and depth of expertise of its members, while maintaining a personal approach to our client relationships to really understand their needs. This approach is very successful for us and we have already seen a 45 per cent increase in new orders over recent months.

“Jacqueline’s experience makes her a perfect fit for our team, and as Director of our London Project Management team, her clear leadership capabilities will help us deliver our existing pipeline, as well as secure new opportunities in the future. I’m thrilled to have her on board and look forward to her helping continue the growth of our division within Tetra Tech.”

Jacqueline Okuyemi-Daniel, Director of Project Management, said:

“I’ve worked for many years within the London market and fully understand the complexities of delivering here, so the new challenge of leading the team here greatly appealed to me. Tetra Tech has an exceptional list of clients already, as well as the business capability and ambition to confidently bring in new opportunities – I know that my expertise will be able to support this.”
