We Will Be Exhibiting at The Smart Asset & Estate Management Conference

At the beginning of December, we will be exhibiting at The Smart Asset & Estate Management Conference in London.

This exhibition focuses on the most recent initiatives and innovations surrounding estate management, sustainable buildings as well as smarter working and the technology that enables them; Attracting public sector property professionals from all over the UK.

As registered suppliers of no less than 7 Crown Commercial Services Frameworks, and the only company to be awarded onto all 6 lots of the Construction Professional Services framework, our experts will be demonstrating why we are ideally placed to be able to provide advisory and consultancy services to public sector clients across a wide range of disciplines and sectors.

Representing Tetra Tech at the event will be Danny Payne, Nathan Holloway and Simon Sjenitzer. All of whom have been instrumental in the delivery of large programmes of work within the public sector. They are looking forward to sharing with visitors some of our successful projects, our technological innovations in the world of data and, explaining how organisations can easily procure our world-class, industry leading services.

Nathan Holloway – Managing Director, Asset Management 

Nathan leads our Asset Management business in the UK, supporting clients to optimise the performance of their built estate and maintaining efficient compliance. This includes providing net-zero consultancy support, helping public and private sector clients understand current status and identify efficient strategies to reduce emissions to target levels whilst considering the investment against efficiency benefits.

As Tetra Tech’s account Director for HMRC and FCDO, Nathan coordinates the successful delivery of a wide and varied project portfolio, including UK wide estate management commissions and high-profile construction schemes. In addition, Nathan recently oversaw the a £60m programme delivery team in Anguilla, designing and managing the construction of various municipal facilities, following destruction caused by Hurricane Irma.

Simon Sjenitzer – Framework and Social Value Director

Simon is a director with experience in strategy development, programme management and low carbon innovation. He has a plethora of knowledge in all things energy and net zero and a desire to push the pedals of change for a more sustainable future. As well as leading our collaborative offering via framework appointments, Simon is passionate about how we provide additionality and support services to help local communities become more resilient and sustainable through our social value offerings.

 

 

Danny Payne CMG – Managing Director, Central Government Services

Danny joined us earlier this year having previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at FCDO Services. Danny is experienced in delivering a wide variety of projects from large-scale infrastructure to new and refurbished embassies and has led professional engineering teams, programme delivery and digital capabilities across multiple sectors in the UK and overseas.
