Tetra Tech appoints Dave Rodger to Associate Director of Urban Design

We are pleased to introduce Dave Rodger as Associate Director of Urban Design in Edinburgh.

With 20+ years’ experience as an urban designer and masterplanner, Dave will support Tetra Tech’s wider design offering in the UK, helping to implement commercially deliverable schemes centred on sustainability and placemaking.

He specialises in developing major, complex residential and mixed-use sites on both green and brownfield land in urban and rural locations.

“Dave has a proven track record of leading the full project lifecycle on high-value, challenging projects with award-winning results. He’s got an expert understanding of optimising the value from high-quality projects that meet placemaking requirements and reflect positively on the client,” said Paul Labbett, Head of Studio, Director – Architecture, Tetra Tech.

Joining from Barton Willmore, some of Dave’s previous projects include Pennywell Residential Regeneration, Muirhouse Town Centre, Knights Park – St. Neot’s, Stratton – Inverness, Ferniegair – Hamilton, Muirton – Perth, and multiple other developments across the UK.

Dave added: “I am excited to join Tetra Tech as they look to grow their design capability in Scotland and nationwide. I look forward to working alongside their multidisciplinary team in delivering integrated masterplans that embrace the growing emphasis on sustainability and placemaking.”
