SW Business Breakfast Seminar gives deeper insight into NPPF and development viability

On the back of last year’s successful breakfast seminar, Tetra Tech’s Wellington office welcomed around 50 clients and colleagues at its annual ‘Business Breakfast’ this morning at Sandy Park, Exeter – home of the Premiership rugby team, Exeter Chiefs.

The Tetra Tech team gave presentations on the implications for the development industry of the Government’s recent Autumn Budget Statement and wider development policy direction, and a deeper assessment of housing-related aspects of the National Planning Policy Framework.

Our guest speaker, Nigel Jones of Chesters Commercial’s Yeovil office, gave an interesting and thought-provoking insight into development viability and the emerging thinking within Government about enabling housing development.
