Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA)
Fairness, equality, and inclusion are an integral part of Tetra Tech’s success. Everyone is welcome here, and as we embrace our differences, we grow as a collective, a business, and as people.
We want a wide range of people to bring their unique perspectives and insights to Tetra Tech. In doing so, communities, projects, and future initiatives benefit from the diversity of thought and experience.
We are working hard to be a business where people can not only be themselves but can celebrate who they are and what they bring to our organisation. To continually learn, improve, and ensure equity across all levels of Tetra Tech, we have people-focused groups offering insights, resources, and initiatives. These groups include a gender equality group, a racial equality, group, a disability group, and an LGBTQ+ group.
Because diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility are a constant learning experience, we also provide ‘Lunch and Learn’ webinars on cultural and religious festivals, neurodivergence, racial challenges, unconscious bias, and more.
Tetra Tech is a disability confident employer and a proud member of the Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE-UK). Division President Craig Hatch is celebrated on the Northern Power Women Advocacy List, which recognises male allies striving for equality and change.
We are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer. Learn more.
