During this event we will be joining the discussion and aligning our focus on wellbeing in the workplace, but as hybrid working merges our home and work lives, and project deadlines remain unrelenting, how do we maintain a work-life balance in a post-covid world?

Who from Tetra Tech will be at the event?

Andrew Fotherby – Managing Director, Project & Cost Management, and Defence

Andrew has been a Project Manager for over 20 years, and a member of APM since 2004.  Andrew heads up the team who are responsible for the successful delivery of hundreds of projects and billions of pounds of investment for clients.  As the current Chair of the APM Y&NL branch and committed to supporting the development of the Project Management profession to encourage the next generation of Project Managers.

Beth Wilson – Senior Project Manager | Information Manager

Beth Joined Tetra Tech three years ago, after completing a MSc in BIM Project Management. In this time she has worked on projects including the £13m James House refurbishment for the NI Department of Finance where I am both project manager and information manager, and managing the Newry Mourne and Down District Council Framework amounting to approximately £5m.

Emily Sullivan – Graduate Project Manager

Emily joined Tetra Tech in 2021 after completing her MSc in Project Management and enjoys the ever-changing & fast paced environment of Project Management .

At the beginning of her Project management career Emily has one successful project under her belt as has recently completed her first major project as Project M with GPA in Aberdeen. “which was an amazing opportunity so early in my careers but found the challenge a real confidence boost to be trusted with the responsibility”

“APM WiPM will be a great opportunity for me to meet other project managers. I’m particularly looking forward to the diversity in teams – embracing difference for improved performance talk, and joining in at some of the topic tables available.”

Fiona Young – Project Manager

Since joining Tetra Tech in 2019 Fiona has worked as project manager on a nuclear design project, a large defence infrastructure project and now manage the North portfolio of construction projects as part of the GPA.

“At APM WiPM I am looking forward to meeting other female Project Management professionals and gaining an understand their experiences, knowledge, and projects they have worked on in the past to strengthen my Project Management skills.”

Hannah Ferris – Graduate Project Manager

Hannah is  a Graduate Project Manager at Tetra Tech where she support client’s residential projects aiding the project management of infrastructure including utility services, highways, and landscaping.

“At WiPM I am hoping to learn from inspiring keynote speakers, take away some great lessons learned and utilise this advice within the projects I am managing.”

Jacqueline Okuyemi-Daniel – Director Project Management

Jacqueline is London Regional Director for the Project and Cost Management.  She has responsibility for the Project Controls discipline at Tetra Tech providing professional consulting expertise to the Defence, Nuclear and Government Services sectors. With over 15 years’ experience delivering quality outcomes for her clients and working on large scale infrastructure construction projects throughout the UK Jacqueline has specialises in programme change management implementing efficient processes and driving innovative performance solutions through-out Project Lifecycles.

Jacqueline will also be Facilitating at the session 4 “CHAT WITH ChPP’s – YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED” alongside project management professionals from Incendium, BAE and HS2a.

Laura Jackson – Associate Director and Chartered Project Manager

Laura is Chartered Project Manager and experienced Architectural Graduate with 17 years’ experience delivering project and design resolutions across the industry. During her nine years at Tetra Tech  she has worked in collaboration with SL, Magnox and Dounreay and act as lead PM to establish key opportunities through the DDP framework at Sellafield.

“I am a keen ambassador to encourage women looking to pursue a career in Nuclear and Engineering, promote connections with the Women in Nuclear programme and supporting STEM business and school engagement.  I mentor two female project managers within Nuclear and promote diversity and inclusion. Bing involved in the APM WiPM event is another opportunity for me to raise awareness of the industry for all and showcase Tetra Tech and how they are supporting my career.”

Murray Ross – Head of Project & Programme Management Profession

Murray is head of Tetra Tech’s 500 strong project and programme management profession with practitioners from entry level apprentices and graduates through to Director level industry leaders. His responsibilities include transforming capability internally through the targeted development of the profession and business growth externally via our professional advisory services.
His role also includes setting and transforming internal training standards, co-ordination of resources, development of technical route maps, training, and development of fellow professionals.

“I am attending WiPM as I am keen to continue supporting the evolution of the profession to motivate change in this complex and shifting world. I want to meet and work with others to promote visibility of the APM, and champion accessibility for all in inspire the next generation of Project management professionals at the start of their career journey.”

Nicola Goldup – Associate Director

Nicola works in Cost Consultancy at Tetra Tech and has experience in development, regeneration and estate management experience from both client and consultant roles.  She has worked in the public and private sectors predominantly in the residential sector and has a strong professional and personal marine background.

“At WiPM I am looking to gain insight from fellow project management experts and to have the opportunity to make new connections and build my professional network.”
